Health and well-being have been a part of my life since childhood. That's why I decided that I would like to work together with people, helping and motivating them through their journey.

My approach to nutrition is individualized and evidence-based. I understand that each person’s body, lifestyle, and health goals are unique, which is why I take the time to get to know my clients and develop customized nutrition plans that are both effective and sustainable. I can also create a personalized training program if required.

I am passionate about helping you achieve your health goals. Let’s work together to create a healthier, happier you!

A little more about me:

I was five years old when my parents enrolled me in swimming, and from that day forward, sport and healthy eating have defined my life.

I started swimming competitively at age 10 and soon added triathlon (swimming, cycling, and running), duathlon (running, cycling, and running), athletics, and road bike racing to my regimen. Nutrition played a crucial role in these pursuits, ensuring I had the right macro and micro nutrients for energy, performance, and recovery. I competed for more than seven years.

At 17, I encountered weight training during an off-season preparation, and it quickly became a passion and lifestyle. I transitioned from triathlons to bodybuilding, where nutrition became even more critical. I immersed myself in the science of nutrition to achieve peak physical condition and became a personal trainer. Over the past 15 years, I have embraced this sport as a lifestyle, preparing for two competitions and three fitness photo shoots, with nutrition accounting for 70-80% of my focus.

At 32, I shifted my focus to Pilates, corrective exercises, and biomechanics. I also adopted a vegetarian diet, feeling that my body needed this change. Initially unfamiliar with vegetarian nutrition, I educated myself on obtaining the necessary proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Since then, I have experimented with various diets, including paleo, keto, plant-based, detoxification programs, bowel cleansing, and fasting, gaining personal experience with each.

No matter what you do in life, whether you play sports or not, a balanced, healthy, and conscious diet should be integral to your lifestyle. It’s not just about looking good but maintaining long-term health, which is, in my view, the most important aspect.
